The Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) regularly organizes the National Pharmacy Week (NPW) during the third week of November every year with a theme to promote the profession during the entire year. The main aim of the National Pharmacy Week celebrations is to create awareness amongst the community about the role played and the importance of the pharmacist. This year, the special focus is on the theme of this year "Pharmacists: Frontline Health Professionals"
Weeklong celebrations included a number of online competitions, events and webinars under the leadership of Principal, Dr. Satvinder Kaur
Poster making & Collage- making competition was organized on 16th November. Students from B. Pharmacy and D. Pharmacy participated in the event. Ms. Komalpreet Kaur and Ms. Ramninder Kaur organized the event.
Paper reading competition was organized by Dr. Parneet Kaur and Ms. Sonia Singla on 18TH November. The topic for paper reading was "Conquer the Cons in Online Education"
Debate was conducted by Ms. Jasvir Kaur on 19th November. The topic given for debate was "Role of Health Workers in Lockdown"
Rangoli competition was organized on 20th November by Ms. Arvinder Kaur and Dr. Seema Tomar
